I don't understand life;

A woman whom I met many years ago, at a time I absolutely needed someone to hold out a hand; who quickly became someone I have utmost gratitude and love for, and class as a genuine friend, was just diagnosed with cancer. How can a perfectly healthy and fit, 45 year old woman, be diagnosed with cancer in lymph nodes and a larger mass in her stomach? This is fucking bullshit; I’ve lost too...
